I have been putting my best effort into the work in this class. When I miss class I make up what I have missed, and figure out the stuff that I need to learn to catch up. I remember the take home test thing on genres and even though you gave us notes for it, I chose to write a set of my own notes in addition which I think is A student material. I give myself an A- because, of my participation in discussions, I don't really participate enough. I will occasionally say something if I feel like I want to. I think that an A+ student would be talking a lot during discussions and that they would actually care about them because of their dedication to their grade. I don't really care about the discussions unless it's a topic I am passionate about or I can relate to, and even then I don't really say much. I have always been a quiet kind of person though, especially in group matters but, I plan on working on that to improve. I am going to push myself and stretch my comfort zone and start speaking up and getting involved in class because, discussions are a major part of it. So I give myself an A- because, I have been putting what I think is my best effort into the class which I think is worthy of and A; A for effort right? The minus part of it because I am not perfect.
